It is always a treat to shop at Phase Eight in the Marlowe Arcade in Canterbury. All the staff are always super, - customer focussed and helpful. I was particularly impressed today with a new member of staff, Sue. She has only worked there for three days and was terrific.Did I mention that the clothes are truly wonderful too!! I bought a super warm, winter raincoat and a gorgeous sweater.Thank you Phase Eight.

So very helpful this store. When i wasn't able to get what i wanted ..they gave me customer services and I got my lovely coat in the sale ..delivered to me. Their service and quality second to none.
