Always take Rose my Son's German Shepherd to the Groom room here as they are fantastic with her and she always comes away looking amazing.

Manager here is very rude and even swore at me.
Complained to someone at their head office over 3 weeks ago and they haven't bothered to follow it up.
Update as of 23/12/24 never got a response from head office.

I took two of my dogs there for nails to be clipped the young ladies seemed nice but don?t feel they were that experienced,one thought my pug was cross with another dog I had to tell her it?s a pug the othere lady wanted to clip them up onto the table to clip there nails until said we would hold her ,I?ve been here befor but there was othere ladies there that new what they was doing think a bit more training and yes I?ve worked in a dog groomers years ago
