I go here for both the vet and groomers, as well as the store itself. Amazing friendly people work all over this store. My dog LOVED the groomers, and he usually dislikes getting it done.

Always a pleasure coming here. Staff are a lot more friendly than the one up Sturry road in Canterbury. I prefer coming to this one when the traffic isn't bad. Animals are well looked after and clean enclosures/healthy. Always have great deals and a lot more space than the other store.

On the website it says that the Blue bell hideaway 5ft long hatch was very suitable for rabbits, that's how it was advertised and that was the perfect size for the room. But when I went into the Wincheap store I was told that they needed the 6ft long hatch because of regulations. I don't know who was in the wrong, but if the regulations changed, I feel that the company needs to have changed the description on the website immediately, because this is false advertising and led me to waste hours of time and money for nothing.
