The jewellery is a little expensive but the staff here are really lovely and it doesn?t seem you need any appointments, shout out to Hallie and Lizzie two very lovely sales ladies. They helped me in finding sizing options and styles they were both very non judgmental too which was appreciated.

Experience excellent I brought a pandora bangle online and it was too small I took it to the pandora shop and they exchanged the bangle to a larger size.

I am extremely disappointed, it gets worse every time. I waited to be served for 20 minutes and gave up waiting. A little later I came back again and was served. If you drop a diamond from anywhere, it cannot be repaired, although I wanted to pay for this repair, I understand that I do not have a warranty, but given that most items have diamonds, I think it is right to have an option for repair and not to throw it away and buy it again. The products are not cheap so there is no repair.

Dear Pandora Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a copy of the invoice for a bracelet I purchased in July 2024 at Canterbury shop. The bracelet includes several charms and a safety clasp, and unfortunately, the clasp has broken.
I visited a Pandora store in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I was informed that I would need the original invoice to proceed with the warranty claim. Unfortunately, I no longer have the invoice on hand, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a copy.
Please let me know if there are any specific details or information you require from me in order to process this request I also sent an mail , an you check it? .

There was only 1 associate on the shop floor. Who was helping a customer. Whislt myself and another customer waited. We was waiting 10minutes before another associate appeared. Who had no urgency to assist either of us and when they eventually did acknowledge us waiting. They gave an unfriendly service. Such bad customer service

This was our go-to Pandora store, nothing wrong with the store but unfortunately each time we visited we were always served by a specific member of staff whose 'lifestyle' is very obvious, so we now have to go to the Ashford store so we are not made to feel uncomfortable. Whilst it's not acceptable to voice your opinion regarding these matters these days, when spending money we have a right to feel comfortable and sadly we won't be returning to the Canterbury store. If the Ashford store follows suit, we will have to shop online. We are not the only customers to feel this way, I suppose you can't please everyone.

My gold plated Pandora bracelet turned my wrist green. They told me it was tarnished and under the plating was genuine ?silver?. Obviously no, if my wrist was turning green. Then they told me it was a reaction with a perfume or lotion i was wearing (i dont use either). Or my skin reacted to gold (i was wearing gold rings and earrings from elsewhere- no green). They treated me as if i was stupid and are lying about the quality of their products.

Frances was very friendly and helpful in showing me the charms I wanted to see. I had just joined the My Pandora club and received a 10% discount too, which added to this great shopping experience today.
