Rude staff. I went to collect a parcel and he served 7 (!) People who arrived after me, just because they were buying stuff. When I pointed out that I was first, I was showed a "policy notice". The photo shows how this policy was presented to me.

I went there to return my evri parcel and the stuff over there are extremely rude, I asked the guy for some stuff and he responded very harshly and told me not to act like an Indian. What does he mean by that? And when I told him to be polite, he started arguing with me. The stuff was Indian as well.Update- I went there again, to return my parcel, because other shop in near prints the return label. So I had to go back. And the guy told me. I can?t use the service because I left a bad review. And go me to leave. This is how they treat their customers.

I never leave bad reviews but the staff are incredibly rude and incompetent. I?m always polite and nice when I go in and every time I?m met with a ?can?t be asked? attitude. Do not go here for anything related to parcels.
