A fabulous place. Everything was so clean and fresh. The room was warm and cosy and the kitchen was well equipped.Despite being so central to the city it was wonderfully quiet and just down the road from an inexpensive car park....which is rare in Canterbury!I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a reasonably priced place to stay in Canterbury for a few nights.I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.Delighted.

Number 8 is an excellent place to stay in Canterbury. It is a few steps from the high street and Canterbury Cathedral. Communication was very easy: a code for entrance. We were in number 5 which is at the top of the house so was a light filled, wooden floored space. It was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and equipped with a chrome shower unit that had a powerful overhead spray. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Bathrobes included. Work space. A small kitchen with microwave and coffee machine (coffee pods and tea bags, milk pods in the fridge were provided). It was a lovely cosy space to stay with a beamed ceiling, a huge flat screen TV as well as a flat screen TV in the bedroom. A perfect place to stay in Canterbury.

Now this is a great stay. WOW. Especially after the last place where the carpets made my socks smell bad and the shower was disgusting. The shower in Number 8 hotel is palatial, the bed is a king instead of a single. Everything about this place is bigger cleaner carpet free (in the rooms) with a superior coffee setup and it comes with quality shampoo and conditioner. All for an extra £5. Plus it has free laundry facilities ( my first place here in Canterbury charged ?10 for a single load)Look no further. These people let me in a wee bit early, changed my booking to accommodate my schedule, and the TV is bigger with Netflix. By far one of the nicest stays on my 6 week trek through England and PortugalRooms: Tasteful clean spacious with a fridge coffee maker and all that one could needNearby activities: Situated in the city centre, close to all the highlights Canterbury has to offer. Close to rail ways, buses, restaurants museums art galleries and do much moreWalkability: Everything is accessible by foot from here. Minutes to everything and anythingFood & drinks: With a full kitchen, one can stay in or with all the top eateries close at hand, go out.

The host was amazing she allowed me to have a later check out, alter my booking due to a mess up with my transport (my fault) and was a quick responder. The apartment is so gorgeous, I would definitely stay again. Very cosy bedroom and I loved the little balcony.

Lovely, clean rooms, kitchen available downstairs with everything you might need and more! I loved the bathrobe. Our children loved that they could bake pizza in the oven! Location great for exploring Canterbury, which is lovely. Parking is a challenge, like in every busy centre. Thanks to the efforts of Laura and Julie we were able to park our car and trailer. Extra star for that! I wanted to stay longer. We payed 134 euro for 1 night for 2 adults and 2 children.

Had a lovely stay here over Valentine?s Day with my girlfriend. We stayed in room 3 and it was spotless to the extent that it looked like we were the first to stay there!I only paid £55 which is incredibly good value considering the fact that there was a fridge, a kettle with teabags and milk, a good coffee machine and a well stocked bathroom. Also, they left us a bottle of Prosecco and a rose! Will be staying here on any future visits to Canterbury :)

Such a lovely hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, and had such lovely touches. They even provided earplugs which I was prepared to use while sleeping next to my boyfriend, however fortunately I didn't have to dip into their stash in the end!The bed was extremely comfy and the hot chocolate they provided was lovely to wake up to. Very easy to get into the room, WiFi was provided, and they even had a fridge containing milk - a few other things I loved about the place :)Absolutely recommend, will definitely be returning!

Very central in the middle of Canterbury. Not easy to find, as it's a normal house entrance. Clean and modern furnished. Very small for 4 people, great for 2. Front room with sofa bed on the ground floor is directly on a very busy street. Cozy cafe with a delicious breakfast right next door.
