I never been to Next in canterbury, but as a disabled customer with mobility issues, I was extremely happy to see the disabled changing room! Normally, our changing rooms do not look nice compared to the able-bodied ones, but Next had the aesthetic fully inclusive! With a button to press if you needed a different size, I didn?t feel out of place. Furthermore, the sizing was incredible. I?d been looking for a pair of white linen trousers all day, and the first pair I picked up in this store fit perfectly! The cut is good, and so is the stitching. The fabric is cut along the direction it goes in, so there is no twisting, something very rare with UK clothing. The lady at the checkout was sweet, didn?t rush me, and was relatable. Overall it was a really good experience, very good for disabled customers! :-)

We picked up our 2 seater sofa in Canterbury and would like to thank everybody for being so helpful.
Special thanks to Macey and Becks for loading onto transportation vehicle they were so good and very practical which made the loading a pleasant experience.

Favourite brand for baby, kids. Spacious store with all sections, easy to find, well display. Can?t think of Next without going to Canterbury. A Brishtish Brand in British Town?

As someone who has ordered several times from next stores online, I was happy to see that there is a large three-story physical store. What a disappointment it was to see the clothes and the prices. Felt like there was a NEXT website that was diverse, colorful and the prices were relatively good, compared to the physical store. For example, I was looking for a t-shirt for myself - I couldn't find even one! The clothes would look unmodern and the prices high. My husband was not impressed with the selection in the men's department. Precisely on the top floor where furniture is sold, we saw a nice selection, but that was not the purpose for which we came to the store.

A very wide selection and is the only store which sells jeans below a waist 30, as far as I am aware. Nice clothes for all ages and sizes. My one issue is that some clothes can seem overpriced and unnapealling.

Click and collect, so easy, so reliable and next day collection options. The staff at this ?next? store have this system working so well. It?s great to be able to choose from so many top brands online and collect them the next day in store. Returns are easy and smooth too. The staff are so helpful. This is a great service.

They have some good collection of select products on offer at the moment, so go down there and see if any of it is up your ally-way. They are located in the town centre and has a good competition around them but only they who will come out on top. The products on sale are in line with the season and can also find some Christmas shopping as well. They is a good range for men/woman and children to choose from. They are all spread across 3 levels, and additionally they is what I call the home sales section. I think this area to more catered to the bachelor / bachelorette market. Not many people with families would be in this targeted market. They are escalator available to move through the levels.

This us the first time in ages that I have visited this establishment. I was looking for new formal shirts and a suit. Could I find anything? No. For there was nothing on display in my size. I am male, 5'9" medium build with a slight beer belly. But all they had were slim fit or tailored options. Nothing in a regular. Does this mean this company are fatist? Sure looks that way
