Very unhelpful and felt like I was being judged because of my disability. Very disappointed. Good online App though. But as for face to face customer contact, dreadful

Lunch time just 'Jason' serving another showing customers the end of the queue for Jason... when I enquired why one server "oh its just the lunch time rush we always have one server lunch times" DISGUSTING and poor Jason was facing every one ..... I said oh Nat West cut backs .....obviously closing the branch. I swear worst organisation of staff ever seen.

NatWest seems like an all round great banking service. Sticking to their old routes , great building designing and a lot of customers that come back with 5 stars. The building design is on point , staying old fashioned and articulated. Great banking service.

Excellent service on the 4th November, from the young helpful man greeting people and to the lady that we saw afterwards. Keep up the good work

(Translated by Google) A month ago they came to the bank and then they told us that in a week they would send it to the address. 5 weeks passed and we came to find out what and how. We were told that the card would be on July 1. Nobody knows why it took so long to wait, in another bank they opened it for us a week later, and here we have to wait a very long time.(Original)????? ????? ????????? ? ???? ? ??? ????? ??????? ??? ????? ?????? ??????? ?? ??????. ?????? 5 ?????? ? ?? ?????? ???????? ??? ? ???.??? ??????? ??? ???????? ????? ?? 1 ????.????? ?? ????? ?????? ??? ????? ?????, ? ?????? ????? ????? ?????? ??? ??????? ? ??? ?????????? ????? ????? ?????.

First of all, as noted by others in the reviews, NatWest needs to seriously reconsider its opening hours. Of course there is a move to online banking now, so the bank doesn?t want to be open more than necessary, but why keep such difficult hours in the week while people are at work? If you want to help your customers, perhaps close on a Thursday and Friday but open for longer at the weekend when the average customer actually has time to come in.Secondly, when I was finally able to get to the branch, which I needed to do in order to make a large sum payment, the staff were completely unable to do so. After spending two hours (yes, you read that right) trying to make a basic CHAPS, they eventually declined to go through with the transfer - I assume because they considered it suspicious or fraudulent. Even though the payment is to an easily confirmable mortgage company that payments on my account had previously been made to. Not only that, they said they would be unable to help with any other queries today.Their suggestion? Write a cheque instead. Right... because we all know how safe and secure cheques are with the entirely foolproof signature to prove authenticity. Not subject to scamming or counterfeiting at all, right?!Dreadful, unhelpful service, verging on just plain rude.

Made a mess of a query I had and had to visit another branch to sort it out. This bank has returned to normal banking hours from this week and shuts at 4.30pm now during the week and reopens on Saturdays until 1pm. Don't bank with Natwest. Took so long I went with another bank. Awful and unprofessional.

I feel it is absolutely disgusting that a bank, which relies on people working to have money in the first place, hasn't got opening hours that accommodate people who work!! Not open on weekends and only open 10-3 on weekdays makes it totally impossible for those with a 9-5 to get access to their money. I am considering moving banks as this lack of service is appalling.

I feel that the bank should go bank to normal hours of banking. Be alot easier for the business to do the banking

I was recommended by Save the Children to deposit my office fundraiser charity monies at NatWest. It would appear NatWest have done away with conventional cash desks in favor of machines; machines that can't successfully process a clearly written and pre-printed Save the Children paying in slip. The NatWest representative at the desk informed me they don't like handling coinage at the desks for which I had just queued...Seems reasonable to have cash and coin after a charity fundraiser...I was redirected to another machine.I'm sorry, this is a Bank right? Please NatWest stop trying to replace humans for machines that don't work properly. Shame on you for not giving the customer the option. Just in case you think i'm a grumpy old man, know that I am in your sub 30 years of age demographic and you've put me off.
