Called in on Saturday 12th April and was greeted by a member of staff named Rebecca. I just wanted to say how helpful and polite she was to us both. Rebecca went out of her way to assist us and help us sort out our account. Thank you very much Rebecca.

Turned up to do urgent banking building is closed workmen everywhere and big sign telling us to go to Whitstable another town!! Absolute joke. No prior notice given to customers and what do you do if you don't drive? Is nationwide going to refund our bus tickets?! Nope. Time to change to a modern bank that keeps its local customers informed.

Nationwide Building Society seems awful considering they are a building society, not a bank. To be fair they are great , still have my card from 2015 won't be loosing it anytime soon. Reuben Simmons

Very disappointed, went there Nov 4th , I wanted to ask about a few things , given some paperwork on saving rates by the man at the front desk , I felt he didn't want to help or was interested, it wasn't even busy in there either
