Someone should tell the staff here that the 9am start time on the door is not a suggestion - it's when they should open, not be having committee meetings in view of those waiting for an hour

Called in on Saturday 12th April and was greeted by a member of staff named Rebecca. I just wanted to say how helpful and polite she was to us both. Rebecca went out of her way to assist us and help us sort out our account. Thank you very much Rebecca.
