Delivered to small site opposite my home before 9am, not only totally blocking road but also opposite my drive so when I had to take my daughter to school made it extremely difficult for me to manoeuvre onto the road, Lorry driver was clearly aware of my issue as he glanced over several times and then turned his back.Very disappointed.

Popped into MKM Canterbury today after going to B&Q twice and not coming away with what I needed, or any helpful advice. Ricky was so helpful, even when what I needed wasn't a big spend. Came away with just what a needed. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Popped into the new Canterbury branch and ordered two bulk bags of gravel. The price was very competitive better than the major other building supplies companies. Great service in branch and the bags of gravel were delivered promptly. The delivery driver was excellent, ensuring the bags were placed exactly where I wanted. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you.

Disappointed as despite being in a large warehouse very little on display, no prices which is always suspicious. Small bathroom. Showroom which does look good. Very limited parking too, you drive in through where stock is kept.
