Absolutely awful. I paid 80 pounds for my iPhone 13 screen to be replaced after I cracked it. They replaced it very quickly but with an extremely low resolution (can barely see it in the light) and slow screen. It's also no longer LED. Absolute trash.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. absolute scam, charged me £150 for a screen repair on a samsung galaxy S9 and did not even fix it. DO NOT GO HERE

They replaced the screen on my phone which would be good if it wasn't for the fact I can smell the E6000 they used to glue the screen in without putting it in properly so there is a good 2mm gap down the side of my phone and didn't even clean up their work so my phone has glue on it along with the fact I now have dead pixels at the top of my screen. They charged me £80 to literally glue a screen to my phone without making sure it was in properly, worked fully and leave glue on my phone.

Came in for a new phone case for my IPhone 11, the case I bought was £15, which is fine as I was willing to go big for a phone case that I would never have to replace. It was a see through one that I was looking for, the man showed me to one that looked good at the start, only for me to realise as I was leaving the shop it was too big for my phone. It was supposed to be for the 11, however I could feel my phone moving around in the case. Aswell as this, I was unable to turn on or off my phone as the button on the case was nowhere near the phones button

Tried to get my phone fixed here and they failed to fix it properly, then refused to give a refund. See tons of other stories like this from them online. Essentially they stole money from me...avoid this place and the other phone repair by named "The Phone Shop" on High Street as its owned by the same man.

Went in for a huawei p30 screen repair and they charged £130 which is fine. The screen they replaced it with however is clearly lower resolution and not even close to what the phone came with. When I raised this to the guy behind the counter (who I assume is the owner) he became extremely rude. Won't go again

Poor customer service, wasted my time. They ordered in the wrong battery for my phone. They didn't inform me that they had received the wrong battery, although they pretended they had tried to. Shop is heavily in overdraft as they have their banking calls on loudspeaker.

Went in for a hauwei p30 pro screen and back panel repair, got told 30 minutes which turned into 1 hour 30 minutes.Now I like to leave a few weeks before reviewing repairs since most issues aren't apparent at first glance and now I'm glad I do, the back case doesn't fit the shell of the phone, the screens fingerprint reader does. Kt work, the wide ang2lens has dirt from a unclean repair station making it unusable and yet another repair needed.Should have taken a customer shouting they messed up his repair as a very large avoid sign but here we are.

AVOID AVOID ! SCAMMERS!I bought a phone from this shop only 2 months ago and have been back 3 times when things have gone wrong with it, the 4th time the said they need the phone for 7-10 days and that I would have to pay for the repair ! Even though the phone was under warranty ! As it was the mother board ! That?s like giving a car warranty that does not cover the engine ! He refused to fix it and stood there laughing at me before getting very aggressive and telling me to leave. I feel like I have been scammed out of £250 !!!! They are con artists ! AVOID

I paid you deposit on 16/08/2020. For the replacement of the charging port. I have been to you 3 - 4 times, the repair was unsuccessful. Always something wrong. I would like to have my deposit refunded £ 30 asap. I have never received a deposit refund or a phone repair. I have proof that I have paid the deposit. I am now looking to refund my deposit.I sent you email two days ago. If deposit not will be returned I will raport to Trading Standards.Now , I see more unhappy the customers on this ratings page.Thomas Brown.

awful service. the first time came in to fix my charging port as it was not charging, he took £35 & did not fix it. i had to come in again to take my money back but he refused and said he'd fix my charging port and give me a one year guarantee. however within two days of him "fixing" my charging port it broke again so i came back loads of other times but he wasn't there, then i came in yesterday and asked for my charging port to be fixed as he gave us a year guarantee. and he claims to have never gaven us that. so i went to the shop right next to him and he fixed it & said that the charging port he put in my phone was fake and not original i do not recommend going in there it's honestly a big scam!! awful customer service aswelll!

Went to ask about fixing the screen on my iPhone XS, he explained what the problem was and what they needed to do, reasonable pricing and friendly staff. Phone was fixed in 20 minutes which was a great relief and a year warranty.

Seller threatened me after I asked patiently for an exchange on a pair of earphones that came scratched. On another occasion I was told to leave just for looking at their products. Staff is unreasonably aggressive and has no regard for basic consumer rights.
