Me and many others waited over an hour for our food. I only got my food by talking to the staff and telling them what i ordered as I assume they lost my order. Appalling management and terrible service from top to bottom. Even during the busy period the workers seemed to be lazy and in no hurry to get orders out.

Came in on the 14th app wasn't working, didn't have half the stock. Me and my friend had an exam so ordered breakfast by the time we got to our exam waiting area we realised that my friends whole meal was missing excluding her drink and we didn't have time to go back and sort it.
