Tom helped me so much in organising a large order of champagne and red and white wine for my wedding. He was so friendly, gave professional advice regarding pairing the wine to my food menu and I felt really cared that it all went well. Majestic?s delivery was prompt and having their 25% return policy was really useful to avoid the stress of running out. Thanks so much

This majestic wine has the most wonderful employees who truly know their stuff and get to know you and your taste. After just one of their tasting events (which you should absolutely go to), they knew my taste and every time I go in, they recommend the perfect wine for my taste and budget. Mainly dessert wines, but it?s not their fault I have terrible taste. I can?t recommend this place enough!

Went in on Friday and store manager extremely rude , certainly won?t be buying anymore from this and after shopping around better prices and certainly better service elsewhere. Get some managerial training TOM.

Hot wine at this store means degrees Celsius not the lingering warmth of a high(ish) alcohol wine.In the summer the wines cook through the many glass windows and in the winter the excessive heat (although the doors are ironically wide open to let it escape - what icecaps) blown down by the fan heaters cook wines in the middle of the store.And if you politely and apologetically ask for an alternative bottle of, say Franciacorta (correctly stored at 8-10 degrees not 15 or 16+) then you'll be told - how can I summarise the response? Oh yes - take it or leave it all of our bottles are on the shelves (as unlikely as that is in a 'wine' not soup supermarket).First day on a wine course and you'll be told how to and how NOT to store wine. This is how to achieve that latter ignoble feat otherwise all of those wine stores, wine fridges, caves and cellars are completely unnecessary, the experts who recommend them are utterly mistaken and these majestic gurus of the wine trade are proved completely right as they look down their well-warmed noses at us meer mortals.That was my last time in this particular store. Instead I'll seek out many of the exact same wines in real supermarkets who charge less, don't look down their noses at customers and who don't overheat their stores for the benefit of staff and at a cost to the planet and the wines that they push to the unsuspecting.Never again

I bought couple of wine from them, and I would describe I had impressive experience and would like to visit again and again.The staff I met is kind to me, we had a good discussion about the choice of wine that I wanted to buy. He shared the drinking experience with me, and I could imagine the taste described as of a reference to my choice. They offered taster so that it became a comparison basis to help me figure out the other wine they don?t have any taster at the time. It?s a cheerful experience and I feel like that I want to have many of them.

Totally exceeded expectations in every respect. My fiance and I visited this past Saturday and Greg went out of his way to help in every way he could. He was knowledgeable, polite and really helped guide us on our 'spiritual' journey. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks Greg and Tom for a great experience.

Popped in with my girlfriend to find a nice wine her mum's partner might like (he's a proud Italian who's picky about his wine). We were approached by a really friendly chap called Greg. He was very polite and extremely helpful, he made a few recommendations and taught us the basics of the wine world. We ended up spending much more because of how friendly and helpful he was. He was a top bloke and I came away thoroughly impressed, I will definitely be shopping there more regularly

Just popped in to get some craft beer and was greeted, assisted and served by the most polite man, even offered to carry it out to the car for me! Really good selection at reasonable prices too, will use again!
