We were in Lush in Canterbury today for a quick visit for my 4 yr old as she got excited after catching a whiff as we were walking by. Ebony was so kind and cheerful, showing us a very fancy rudolf bath bomb, we got distracted smelling an array of other items which Ebony was very helpful guiding us around the products and got us buying a glow in the dark ghost soap! We are all booked for the halloween potion making now and really looking forward to it, thanks To all the staff as you were all so friendly and helpful.

Negarin was excellent. Very friendly and helped me buy the perfect present for my daughter. She suggested various options and gave me other ideas for future purchases. She also explained the eco friendly pot trade where you can return them for refills and discount for future buys. Felt I learned a lot about many products by the time I left. Will be back soon! ?

One of my favorite shops.
Negarin was so helpful &knew excatly what I wanted.
Only come in for some dream cream but left with lots of lavender bits and your last twilight candle.
Negarin also introduced me to the sleepy body wash and lotion. Wow!
Also may I add after many doc appointments and lots of cream Dream cream really is the best for Excema

Came in the other day for help with a birthday present (very last minute). I didn?t get the name of the lady that helped me but she was blonde and very helpful and explained everything inside the present boxes! The lady the served me at the tills as well was so lovely! I think Pam was her name but I could be very wrong. Regardless, they both were very kind and lovely towards me!
