I was served by this lovely lady Jemima, I told her id been struggling to sleep due to my anxiety and poor mental health and she showed me some products to help with this. She was so kind and compassionate in the process and even sat me down whilst I tried some of the products and chatted with me in a quiet area of the store. When I got to the till as a random act of kindness she gifted me one additional product. I was so moved by this as I had been really struggling to leave the house and had almost had a panic attack on the way but that act of kindness just filled me with such gratitude and she has no idea how much I needed that. Amazing customer service from a wonderful human being.

All staff were friendly and attentive but Yasmin in particular offered amazing advice and demonstrations regarding the snow fairy range. she was very gentle and made us feel comfortable in store. i would definitely visit again- thank you yasmin!

Ash has been really informative about the product hair I came in the shop for and I end up buying it. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to him when I will need advice about hair products.

I popped into Lush and was served by Kacey, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, what a lovely team member, and I left feeling super happy with everything I needed and product samples to try!So I went back to purchase the sample product I?d been given to try and was helped by David. What a lovely experience we had being helped by Grace!She was friendly and knowledgeable as well as clear about the benefits of some products over others. At no point did it feel we were getting the hard sell and she generously gave us a sample when we were unsure. Importantly, she was mostly talking to my ND daughter and she was patient and pitched the discussion well. Five stars!

I absolutely love this company and have used their products for years.All the staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful.Today, I came into the Canterbury store with my youngest daughter for a look and a sniff. We had a warm positive greeting by Abi , who was so fun and chatty. We didn't feel pressured to make a purchase at all, we just had a fun time. Abi heard I was congested and came back with a sample of a menthol scrub , she advised me rubbing on the chest area and breathing in the vapour really helped her. To hear advise from personal experience was fantastic and encouraging.Obviously I had to make some snow fairy purchases - best thing about autumn by far. My daughter spend ages smelling all the bath bombs with Abi and finally decided on the pumpkin. We spoke about Abi and how nice she was for the rest of the day. She is a real credit to your team.Love Lush and all it stands for. Would highly recommend to EVERYONE.

Had the best experience today and I just had to review! I am a returning customer to this branch and I've always had brilliant I interactions with the staff, but Nicole and her colleague (who's name unfortunately I didn't catch) were just wonderful! They were so sweet and knowledgeable of the products and their benefits, chatty and bubbly without being pushy or hovering around me while I was browsing. Very pleased with my both experience and my purchases!

I was helped in store by a LOVELY lady called grace, her second day having worked at lush, and she didn?t faulter in any way. Really caring and genuine in everything she said and did and had a lovely experience due to her (and sol (apologies for the spelling) answering questions if needed). A great experience and very happy with my purchases and new knowledge for skincare, thank you grace, good luck with your future at lush!

Had a really wonderful experience coming In here during the summer holidays, my little sisters had never been into lush before and the lady Yasmine who looked after us was so knowledgable and helpful, she let the girls try out some bath bombs as well as some other products which helped them choose exactly what they wanted, would definitely recommend especially if you haven?t explored different products beforeWe ended up with a lovely honey shower gel, two bath bombs one was a cow ? and a little face mask sample for myself

Had such a nice time picking out items at Lush today. Nicole who helped us to pick the items was wonderful. She took the time to explain about all the different options we were considering and even gave us the chance to sample some of them. We will definitely be back !

Nicole at the Canterbury branch was absolutely amazing today. She knows everything there is to know about the products at Lush and was so helpful with my young daughter who is very sensitive to certain bath products. Massive shout out to her, she's certainly a huge asset to the company.
