“Stayed here from Xmas eve to Boxing Day and had a wonderful time This is such a cute pub in the cutest village and the staff are amazing and were very welcoming to my big family group that stayed here - The food here is delicious we had special course meals ! And the coffee is excellent Of course the bar it's is very good with anything u wanted to order available and good pricing The bridal suite is exquisite- my only complaint was that could be a bit noisy at night but it is a public pub and I think above the kitchen”

I was looking for a lint remover, a member of staff, a very lovely lady asked if she could help, I explained what I was looking for. Long and short of it, this member of staff went out of her way to find exactly what I wanted. A very big Thank you to her.

“Fabulous tasty food and so much on each plate - even more than we could eat. The menu is simple, and not much choice for vegetarians like me, but what you get is excellent and good value. The service was prompt and the staff very friendly. The pub is definitely dog friendly inside (bar areas) and out in the lovely garden. Would highly recommend.”

“Very budget. Good points: clean rooms, staff friendly and helpful, location excellent, good breakfast. Room for improvement: no bath mat, no tooth mugs, after 30min only paid for WiFi. Apart from breakfast, bar/restaurant closed during our stay due to staff issues. Would stay again due to location and good staff.”
