I recently visited the Lloyds Bank branch in Canterbury for assistance with my online banking. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to resolve my issue. The staff members, Leah and Shannon, were extremely professional and friendly, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. Their excellent service left me with a very positive experience. I highly recommend this branch!

Don't use branches much these days, but the few times I have staff are always friendly and happy to help. Machines are quick to process deposits and get printed statements. Excellent service that I've consistently experienced elsewhere within the Lloyds Bank brand.

Long to try Lloyds Bank , had family that bank with Lloyds a long time ago , great architecture on the building , and staff are more than knowledgeable if you had any problems. All round looks like an immaculate service. Tops it of with a green card! What can I say?
