Did full service from Kwik fit plus, and the very next day of servicing the hand break sign blinking again and again even though i'm not using handbrake on motor way. it never happened before serving and when i ask to check they said come on monday and they didn't advised to drive... Are you serious? How can i go for work? Well will not recommend to anyone to do servicing from Kwik fit plus. Not satisfied with services.

Swung into the Canterbury branch with a worrying rattle coming from underneath my Toyota Avensis.
After a swift inspection, their mechanic quickly diagnosed a loose heat shield. Within minutes, the rattling had subsided and my car was good to go. He refused to take payment, instead he requested a favourable review...so here it is...thank you Kwik Fit

Superb service!
On the very first day of my holiday, I hit a bump with my 30-year-old Audi Cabriolet and heard a loud noise. At first, everything seemed fine, but the next day the exhaust suddenly became extremely loud.
As we were leaving Canterbury, we spotted this garage and decided to pull over. We walked in, explained the situation, and they immediately offered to help. If we could wait an hour, they?d make some time to quickly check if the car was safe to continue driving.
Right on time, John took the keys, put the car on the lift, and within seconds spotted the issue: the exhaust gasket/bracket was missing a bolt, and the remaining two were very loose. Just 10 minutes later, all bolts were tightened, some exhaust glue was applied, and the sound was back to normal.
Thanks to John?s quick and friendly help, we were able to continue our trip without worry.

Overcharging company gives cheap parts and charges you for expensive parts. Ask for old parts and new parts boxes and look up prices ? Will they give you them ? They should you paid for them !?And even tho you book your vehicle in for service it takes all day for oil change and air filter change wow. Are you charging us for storage ? Because the work you carry out isn't justified with price We all know at the most takes 1 hour max 1 bolt to change oil . And few screws for air filter They are taking all of us for idiots Pls look into service prices else where. you do not benefit from using this company either does your car with substandard parts. Pls feel free to look into all the above it may surprise you.

Excellent service at Kwik-Fit Canterbury! We arrived in Dover by Ferry with a faulty battery and drove by for assistance. Thomas and John were very friendly and helped us immediately. They tried a new battery, but unfortunately diagnosed that there was something wrong with the alternator. At least we were able to continue our journey! Great service and many thanks to John and Thomas!

Excellent service today from Kwik Fit Canterbury. I drove in at 12 noon on a Saturday with a screeching sound from one of the wheels and a suspected stone stuck between the brake rotor and dust shield. They agreed to look at the car directly, found and removed the offending stone and I was on my way again within less than two hours. Much appreciated and saved my long weekend road trip with the family!

Absolute cowboys that have no idea what they?re doing. Had to visit twice to get work rectified & still wasn?t resolved. Paid for wheel balancing which wasn?t done, they broke my electrics on my steering wheel & I have a cracked alloy from the shoddy work replacing my tyre & someone had stolen my in car charger to top it off. I have now had to take it elsewhere for more costs & to rectify all this damage to my car. It has cost me twice as much visiting this place & a lot of time! Never ever again

Sunday morning, found a leaking valve just before leaving for holidays, All my locals were closed, I phoned up Kwik Fit Canterbury, they could see me straight away, fixed the issue in no time and wouldn?t charge me for this. The two members of staff demonstrated an incredible level of service, the kind of service that you wish to receive everywhere you go. Thank you!

Went to get my brakes done. I paid cash my brakes where stil sqeeking and smelling like burning. As if nothing had been changed.
I was told to bring it in. On arrival I was greeted by someone and told to bring it back on Thursday. They said they don?t have a technician and when I bring it back it will be replaced. What was the reason for me bringing it to kwik fit the first time
