Browsing turned to shopping when I saw a good deal on a pair of jeans in their Sale rack. Time and trouble to try them on was wasted as when going to purchase, I was told the displayed price was wrong and they would need to investigate. Mistakes happen but I think you sell the product and investigate later - ie take it on the chin rather than waste your customers time and near guarantee they won't bother returning.I'd be interested in management's view

My wife came in to try and get a refund from an online purchase. Said that it had to be returned by post, which is dumb as it?s the same company, plus you have to pay for returns postage, so don?t bother buying online. She then asked the two lads working if there were any trench coats, they just said ?no?. Didn?t offer any assistance, and just carried on chatting away amongst themselves. Clearly, couldn?t be bothered to be there. So as my wife?s leaving, she notices some trench coats on display. The time and date was around 16:00 on 23/06/21. If the manager reads this, I hope you give your employees a talking to, and consider hiring people who actually want to do their job properly.
