Very friendly approachable staff. Slight issue with fitted loosing air overnight, minor adjustment swiftly completed with no trouble at all and even have new a small refund amount as compensation for my time! Excellent service well recommended

I have been fortunate to have been a customer of Invicta tyres WINCHEAP for many years & was pleased to find today that efficient courteous economic levels of service have been very well maintained under new ownership.Today I did not have to wait at all but queues can of course speak volumes for quality of service such that customers are prepared to wait- & I would have! Great Company and Peeps, do not be perturbed by the queue of waiting cars, service is quick and at good non-franchise fees and done there and then unlike Slow-Fit. I have edited the sign, it is not but should be bright red it is just off the road and not easy to spot with my geriatric eyesight.

i found myself with a flat tyre Sat morning and their competitors could only offer me service and a tyre for the following Monday. A neighbour suggested i call them and i'm so glad i did. They were incredibly helpful, supportive and nice guys to speak to on the phone. they found a tyre, suggested someone who could get the car to them and a short couple of hours later it was fixed! the weekend was saved and i have a new GO TO COMPANY. i believe in supporting companies that believe in customer service and really care and these guys obviously do. thanks Invicta for saving me this weekend. Really appreciate it.
