I know it's been a hot day and it was just after 4pm when I visited IMO but the staff took ages to serve us even though there was no queue plus they made no effort to pre wash any of the car and I've just spent 45 minutes cleaning all the missed parts!!
Don't know why I bothered but I sure won't be back.

Efficient service. The car wash gives a good clean and most of the bodywork is dried off at the end of the machine. At times, some spots are missed, but you'd likely choose a hand wash for a more thorough clean.

Stay away... I paid for a £9 car wash via their quick pay QR code, when I got to the front of the que they couldn't scan the QR code i had for receipt of payment so they said i wasn't able to go through the car wash, although I had a PayPal receipt and transaction number... As if this wasn't bad enough the 4 men were in my face and made me feel extremely threatened. I'm a 45 year old women and I had my 11 year old boy with me.l so i really dont think that sort of abuse was necessary...Absolutely disgusting service and then I had to go away with a dirty car, and had to chase up to get my payment returned by head office.. STAY AWAY

Can be good but must pay for higher tiers of washing, as eco-wash (cheapest) left bird poo on my car window and door

Been there a few times usually ok but today machine broke twice while my car was inside. The main man blamed me for using my brake....wouldn't have it any other way, I should I would know if I used my brake!
Seriously rude and arrogant man calling me a liar etc etc. Maybe he should look as to how many cars he's putting in wash at a time...

They were so kind and the service was great for the respect. I had a lot of bird droppings on it and it was so clean. It was worth more than 35 pounds. It was clean inside and out of the car.
