I've never had any issues with staff at this branch always very helpful banked here since mid 70s when it was Midland ! I've not gone anywhere else !

jesus. today we were nearly knocked over in an apparent ' pedestrian zone ' by a man riding fast on a cycle, with a large 'deliveroo' back pack. Assuming he is a delivery driver.no wonder people are leaving canterbury in droves for safer shopping spaces, like Bluewater.i have always supported local shopping, but everytime we are in canterbury, we are nearly hit by delivery drivers on cycles.we called the council they told us to ring the police, we rang the police, they told us to ring the council !im spent, its bluewater for me, its safe, and no cyclists.if you dont manage whiefriars space with security properly and enforce no cycling, someone will get seriously injured or killed,. just recently a woma was killed in london by an Uber cyslist on the pavement.goodbye canterbury its been 'emotional '

HSBC has one of those names you will never forget. Long to try and use this service , and will get to it. The actual architecture of the HSBC Buildings does look great so I'm sure they provide their customers with customers needs. Probably won't try here anytime soon as I have a few accounts open. Heard good reviews about the right service. Especially in LondonReuben Simmons

closed our local branch was bad enough, now have take a payment for a service and customer has complained and my account has been blocked and have to travel to next towns hsbc with i.d!?????which is at least a hour plus of my time, premier customer as well, fumming

COMPLETELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, I went to open a My Money account four times. Each of the four times, I was told different information by different workers. Confusing process, they delayed my application. I did not have a card for weeks. My Proof of Address document was denied for being 2 days past the deadline. I was told everything else in my application was perfect and to come with a new printed proof document. BUT OF COURSE THERE WERE PROBLEMS AGAIN. I followed everything on the website but they WASTED MY TIME. Disappointing branch, they CANT GIVE CORRECT INFORMATION OR SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER. Go to any other branch, this is just embarrassing and a waste of time.
