Although reasonably friendly, to have such minimal opening times is bizarre and thoroughly unhelpful. People work, so shutting at 3pmn is no use to anyone. After recently closing my accounts and moving to Nationwide I've been amazed by far better opening times, more friendly staff and more incentives to keep accounts open.

Today I went to Halifax because I couldn't log into my account. And their customer service is wonderful
