Went in for bike M check. Got call to explain any faults. Technician was excellent. Thorough explanation and good choice of options. Helped me keep costs down. Repairs were made ahead of schedule to an excellent standard. Highly recommend.

Very very poor work carried out on my bike that cost me £1500 bike was returned damaged scratched and parts missing , when I addressed this they didn't want to know didn't take any responsibility for the damage I had only rode this bike a handful of times and it was in immaculate condition when I went in but came out damaged will not be recommending anyone to use this store very disappointed

Was disappointed with the service recently received, after their staff processed my return incorrectly (gave money back for one item instead of two on receipt), so we have to go back again and ask for full return. They did fix it but haven?t said sorry once for not doing it correctly first time round and making it awkward experience for everyone involved.

Fantastic customer service here. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bunny, whom took care of my bike, made me feel like a real priority and managed to make sure I was ready for my cycling trip by prioritising a repair, all whilst having a wonderful attitude and energy! Thank you so much :)

Although there were initially a few problems, phone compatibility, booking error, vehicle compatibility, the staff went out of their way to sort out the problems for me and get the dash cams fitted, the chap who fitted it was very polite and knowledgeable and gave me a very good tutorial about using the equipment, I was very pleased with the service I received.

Andrew explained everything to me on the work that was carried out on my car and offered me a free Halfords motor deal, which was carried out with a full report.
The work carried out was quick, efficient and reasonably priced.

Really good prices but it is a guess to see if order is ready for collection, online tracking is still saying my order is still being picked, impossible to ring branch get directed to a call centre, online chat is a joke goods have been waiting for me to collect no notification at all
