Service wasn't great, was taken for a ride. They've done damage to my car when the damage wasn't there before, and was told I need to sort the damage out.

10/10 and always 110% service from these guys. In the last 6 days two Issues have flagged up on my car, first one being both brake lights being out, I popped In and was served by Billy who had a look, diagnosed the Issue and sorted It straight away and explained everything that had been done then today after an Issue with one of my tyre valves breaking causing my tyre to deflate and having to use the spare tyre, I popped In and spoke to Dan who got one of his team to have a look, this was fixed In a short space of time and details of the work taken were communicated to me. Anyone looking to have anything done on their vehicle make this your first and last stop.

Appalling service! Such a shame as the store in Canterbury is so helpful but the garage has been awful each time I have visited. On my first visit my I left my car with them for 6-7 hours only to be called and told they had not started work and that I would have to re book. Upon attending the rebooking I was told when I arrived that I would once again have to re book due to a lack of staff. Extremely poor communication from the garage has resulted in a simple waste of my time.

Dropped in without an appointment with a dash warning light (and hundreds of miles away from home). Had the most amazing service from Alistair, who popped the car on the diagnostic machine and voila! Fixed. He took time to explain what he was doing. Such a lovely man in a stressful time. Well done Alistair.

Tyewxreplaced efficiently and priced competitively. Batteries however were expensive and cheaper to have replaced by msin dealer.

They are an awesome team led by Dan. They are fully trustworthy. If something needs doing They tell you exactly what needs to be done and how much. They do not 'manufacture' work. Totally trustworthy and their membership service plan is great value.
