Outstanding customer service from Dora and Moira last week. Dora managed to source a watch I was interested in and get it delivered to the shop promptly, and when I returned to view it Moira gave me excellent advice about the extended warranty available. Highly recommended.

Few days ago my husband finished the phone call to an Amazing lady called Dora at the Canterbury branch. Words just dont cut it how sweet and amazing she is.
lovely Dora said pop it down and we will sort it for you same day. No charge bless her heart. My wedding ring is back on my finger cant thank her enough ( married for just 3 days at the time 1 week tomorrow) such amazing lady.
