they ruined greg?s at venue. i really wnated a sausage roll but quite frankly i am devastated that they cancelled the night at venue. I was excited since december for this night and i?m not sure how i will cope without this night. :(

I have had racist experiences in this store with young and old female staff been very rude to me and there assistant is a kid no older than twenty he is rude you can't even make a complain as they all gang up on you there one member of staff who is nice to me and he is foreign what a surprise of and they main manager is foreign he tries to be nice to me and resolve things but was out numbered his other staff which a lot of them do seem to be racist if I'm honest because I made a complaint months ao about they way the girls talk to me and I was told that it's not true and that they are nice to me which is a lie it was the young male assistant manager who said this and the problem has contained to get worse with more female members of staff been rude to me and the problem there main manager is to soft to disapline his staff he just gives in all the time and allows them to be rude it's not right and this will massively affect Gregg's sales especially as I'm doing an interview soon on racism in Kent and Canterbury

Lovely service, was served by a friendly trainee and helped by an amazing worker who was very kind and helped me out with my Greggs app not working. The warm yum yums and caramel fudge muffin were to die for, delicious!

How stupid should the company policy be to leave the doors wide open open when it?s 0 degrees outside. Inside it?s about +5 Celsius. Is it a joke?! Are you absolutely insane?!

I usually have lovely service whenever I pop into this Greggs. However, today I mentioned to the lady serving (blonde, glasses, mature) that I just witnessed a man stealing several items, just in case they keep on top of these things. She fired back angrily saying ?we have cameras? and that ?I can?t do anything now he?s left the store?. As a manager in another store in town I can?t imagine speaking to customers this way. Yes, you cannot do anything about the shoplifter once they leave the premises, but there is no need to be rude about it to the person telling you. Also, it?s not the best to look visibly annoyed when a customer says no to adding on a drink for 55p!

Always excellent service and value here. I highly recommend the breakfast deal £2.85 for a bacon roll and a coffee this morning. Also offers on the app. Staff are always fairly positive and helpful. One of the best Greggs I've ever been to.
Nice to take it away and eat it in the Dane John gardens when it's sunny. ??

Quick dinner at Greggs today. Been craving a Greggs pepperoni pizza slice all week and it certainly lived up to my expectations. Delicious as well as the custard caramel donut which is always lush. First day of sun for a while so felt it was right to enjoy a summer fruits oasis- refreshing. Was also served by a cheerful man who seemed very enthusiastic. Overall a pleasant, quick, cheap dinner

Popped in at 7.30 just for a coffee then noticed the bacon omelette bap which was surprisingly good, decent size bap, bacon cooked the way I like it, crispy but not too crispy, the omelette was fluffy and the right amount. Coffee up to usual Greg's standard. Although they were very busy, the staff were cheerful, polite and helpful. Will definitely return next time I want breakfast in Canterbury.

Majority of Greggs are great stores, but not this one.Very messy, not busy, but people waiting and waiting, and waiting in queue.You pay extra to eat/drink inshore, but by the time you are served it's a gamble whether there are any tables available. Many people paying to eat in, then having to leave.
