Purchased a downpipe today and fittings. Was charged twice the amount I'm usually charged elsewhere. Downpipe was covered in mud and scratched all over. The chap said there stored out the back in the mud. Brill! Fittings all scratched up to match. Only purchased here so I can finish a job today. The downpipes I've taken off the house are in better condition than the one I bought. Hoping the customer don't make me replace the new one cos I'll be well peed off. Safe to say I'll never be using Graham's ever again!

Excellent customer service and advice at this branch. Travelled over 30 miles to Canterbury as it is the nearest branch with a showroom, so was delighted to be greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. We have had great support from Andy at all stages of choosing a shower bath and fittings and the ordering and delivery process was efficient and prompt.

Stephanie in the showroom was very helpful in selecting our bathroom furniture, as if you are looking for slimline units Grahams have the slimmest range I could find (R2 range) competitively priced and good quality. All delivered with care.
