A lovely shop with really knowledgeable and helpful staff. Thanks to Alan I came away with the stuff I needed for camping. I didn?t even realise there was a GO here until yesterday. The sale is very decent too!

Google everything before you buy it found a lot of items on other sites much cheaper even with members discount .
For example a caddac stove £120 with membership i got elsewhere for £80

I was looking for some new hiking boots and as a novice I was clueless. Immediately Tom and David were extremely helpful with guiding me to the correct footwear and very patient as I had to try on a lot of shoes. Great customer service from them two.

Went in your Canterbury branch today 19/09/24 to buy some fishing bait and equipment.
I was approached by Neville and i explained to him that i was a complete novice and i needed some help as i did not know what to buy.
I told him where i was going to fish and he told me the best Bait to buy and what equipment i needed.
I am so grateful to him for his help and knowledge and the advise and tips on fishing THANK YOU.
I will be back to see him as i want to buy a Bivvy a Bedchair and Sleeping bag

Poor service. I went to go outdoors canterbury on 07/09/24 and bought several items with my partner including some flapjacks to snack on while we were camping that evening. We discovered later that day that one of the flapjacks was mouldy and well past its use by date.
I contacted them by email and the only thing they offered was for me to drive a 40 mile round trip to get a £1 refund.
Be very wary if you are buying food items from this store as it?s highly unlikely this is an isolated incident and could have made someone incredibly ill. I would recommend avoiding the store altogether and go with an alternative retailer who actually cares.

Ok outdoor activity shop but you have to pay £5 to get a members card to get better deals and it only lasts for 12 months. Also didn't find what we were looking for.
