We went to see some floor tiles in person. I'd recommend anyone to do so - it made a huge difference. Karen was absolutely wonderful and helpful - thank you so much!

Beautiful shop with a great selection of stylish, excellent quality tiles. Karen was so helpful, and on the basis of that, I was able to workout my bathroom scheme, which can be quite difficult. This was my third and final attempt.

Walked in recently to browse and ask about some tiles and the person there was probably one of the most can?t believe arsed salespersons I have ever encountered. Complete lack of manner and interest. Too unpleasant to return despite some nice tiles. Certainly on the expensive side. You are better served online.

I ordered some paint from Fired Earth and was assured it would be delivered today (because, as I explained when ordering, the painters are arriving first thing tomorrow). The paint has not been delivered, so don't be taken in by all the "soft focus" claptrap on the company's website. Essentially it is entirely meaningless twaddle.
