been there after my service my sump not wasnt fully tied and suffered a constant oil leak had to go elsewhere as they would book in quick enough to rectify there own mistake awful service

I phoned up on Monday and spoke to a nice person called Nathan as the usual manager was off, I must say his communication and willingness to help was on point, he was so helpful and polite. Very grateful to of dealt with someone so helpful. Thankyou Nathan, he is a credit to Elite Garages

Amazing experience with Elite. We were just driving and suddenly had a clunking noise from the back and found the exhaust hanging off. I called up elite and they said we could pop it round for them to check immediately even on a Saturday.We went off for a quick shop at the supermarket nearby and before we even came back they called to say they had looked at it and already managed to fix the issue. What?s more when offering to pay for it, they said not to worry they wouldn?t charge anything for fixing it.I know it was a quick fix, but a lot of mechanics could easily have charged for it.Not only amazing quick service but also really enhances the trust in them.Thanks!

I have been using Elite Garage in Canterbury for many years now and have nothing but praise for the guy's that work there now and in the past. Always helpful and provide a great service in all they do. I also find them very competitive price wise and they always try and keep the costs down when possible. I am a Private Hire driver that does airport transfers and because of that I acrue a few miles on the clock every year. They have kept my vehicle in tip top shape since I bought it in 2015 and my previous vehicle too. I have my MOT ( twice a year) and all my servicing carried out there. Also any other work I have had done on the vehicle has been done there including timing belt changes, shock absorber replacement and brakes and discs to name just a few. If I ever have any issues I know I can take it to them and even at short notice sometimes they will always try and accommodate me. Overall I'm very pleased with the service they provide.
