I am an Ee customer, 3 yrs + called into Canterbury store. Chose this to speak to staff, a human (rather than dial 150, or call centre or links). I was prepared to book an appointment, as mentioned online.DO NOT BOTHER! Front of store assistant pointless!!I had 2 queries to resolve. I was not listened to, no offer to look at my phone, or ask another colleague for my query.'We dont do tech help!!!!'(Staff surely have some phone know how, levels of training). Three staff in the store at the time. Suggested I go to a phone repair shop. I did not need a phone repair!!!NO WAY, NO CLUE, NO SERVICE. Close the store down.I am now with Tesco mobile.

Appointment at 10.30, was told to sit down as running 10 minutes late, 20 minutes before being seen. No one mentioned they wouldn't be long just sat there. Please communicate.

it was a long and horrible experience. I?ve been an EE customer for 8-9 years. I?ve gone to the store hoping to set up my own personal account as ( it was under family account before)and to get a new sim deal. Went to the store, they said I need my ID so they can verify my identification. The second time I went, they said I need my bank card. I don?t understand why they didn?t just tell me all the information the first time. Finally, the third time I went there, I was greeted by this really friendly welcoming girl whom sat me down for 10 minutes waiting to be seen by another person on the sofa with other customers. Who also seemed irritated by the long waiting time as he commented ?are you guys short of staff?. When in fact there were more staff members on shift in the staff room.This male staff finally came out and started filling my details in. It failed the first time because he failed to mention to me that the address has to be the same as the address I?m registered with on my bank card. So we did it again the second time and it also failed. So I insisted that we try it again for the third time my way because I need it done today as I am very busy. And I?ve been to the store 2 times prior already. I?ve mentioned that with credit checks you need an address that you?ve lived in for at least 3-5 years (the male staff also failed to mention whether it?s a soft or hard credit check before doing so), which is usually the case with everything. But he just seemed like he couldn?t be bothered to, as it would take him ?45mins? on the phone with the team to sort it out and that he?s worked there for more than 1 year so he knows everything. We?ve gone through my mobile banking app and my bank statement. The address I?ve given him was correct and I knew the pin to my bank card ( this is also where he failed to mention that EE would charge me 1p, he said it was only to check if I knew the PIN number). Then he said it?s probably my bank that?s the issue.I walked out of the store, and was set up with another mobile company 10mins later. It wasn?t my bank card or anything to do with my bank. As the credit check and everything went perfectly fine. I was very disappointed in the customer service with the staff, and hated to leave EE as I really liked it and had no issues with for the last 8-9 years. However, after that experience I?m just going with a different company.

Problem on my phone meant I had no mobile internet even though phone was working for everything else. Very patient staff member (I am not at all tekky)went through everything with me and managed to get me back up running with a new sim card.Very happy with their service!

I waited almost an hour with no service. Now, I understand they had customers but there were 3 of them. One had a customer and two dealt with the other but were chatting to this old couple. "Oh you live there, right, I used to live near there when I was younger""Oh did ya now?"2 of them!!!All I would've liked was a "we'll be with you in a sec" or " How can I help?, Oh a payment, that'll be quick"Absolutely useless!You might need the help of a second consultant, but not the whole time!!!Actually think...If it were possible to award 0 stars, I would.

Went in for booked appointment, the young man who did the health check on my phone couldnt have been more helpful and informative.It was a Sunday, the store was full but they approached every person as though they were the only ones there.Excellent service from a very young but obviously passionate team.

Always a nice welcoming atmosphere, especially the members of staff that provide you with all the details you need.Today came in simply to check my options for opening sim for my work and I was provided with solutions at best deals.If your looking for high quality service with best options for your needs then come down to the store.Happy customer and will come down in future for broadband! ?Thanks to Kai and Jess
