Brought half a meter of fabric yesterday priced at £4. Got home to find out I've been charged £8. Had the receipt emailed to me so didn't check it until I got home. It'll cost me more than £4 to return it. Furious ?

I didn't catch the young ladies name. I wish I had.
I was looking for a lint remover, a member of staff, a very lovely lady asked if she could help, I explained what I was looking for. Long and short of it, this member of staff went out of her way to find exactly what I wanted. A very big Thank you to her.
Wonderful customer service, and all with a smile on her face.

I like Dunelm . You can find really nice things there. But what I was very impressed wasn't the range of things you find inside but for a great staff. Lovely to be honest. I was looking for a mop head from vileda. I wasn't able to find it. I asked the lady from the till...she jumped up by walking with me to the right direction and give me what I was looking for. With a big smile. I dont remember her name ,but if she will read this for sure she will recognise herself. That's lovely and kind also. Showing a great customer service.

Went into this store yesterday, and was helped by the a store manager Scott and his colleague Charlene. I had found a lovely recliner chair that was reduced. I have a disability so it was a great find! Charlene and Scott helped us to no end. With Scott even caring it to the car for us putting in the boot and finding us something to tie the boot with so it was secure! Customer service in this store can not be faulted they made for an amazing quick easy experience. ?
