Excellent range of trade professional decorating materials and products, many of which you won't find in a DIY store, free next day delivery for trade account customers (which is a godsend), price matching if you can find same thing cheaper, colour matching service and the can recycling scheme encourages me to save my empties and return them. This place was introduced to me when doing my decorating diploma as they supply the local trade college in Broadstairs. Friendly, helpful staff too.

Before travelling to the Canterbury store from thanet I phoned first to check if they had the product I was looking for in stock. The lady on the phone informed me they had 3 tins in stock. I asked if she could put 1 aside for me and said that I was travelling up for them as couldn't find any of that particular product anywhere in my local area, she said that she would.I was very happy as had been searching everywhere and so off I went. On arrival I was presented with a completely different product. Same brand, same colour but different product. I explained that it wasn't right and she insisted that it was the exact same product just in a different tin. I then explained that the product she was offering I had purchased 50ltrs of the day before. The product I was after was very different.She was adamant that she was right and I was wrong... well done duluxe, your staff are so knowledgeable when it comes to your own products.
