Don't waste your time. My best mate wasn't able to buy a mobile phone on the weekend, as there wasn't a customer advisor available. Use Amazon, or John Lewis (good warranty and not always that expensive).

Customer service is appalling, went to Canterbury store to purchase a Panasonic television walked up and down aimlessly for 15mins no one person came to ask if I required assistance , when a member of staff walk by I asked for if any body was going to assist it appear they could not be arxxd ,on my way out I asked for the manager and told him the customer service sucks and I will take my business elsewhere.

Customer service is terrible, I waited over 10 minutes in front of the counter approached me. I had to go to other side of the store so I could pay and go.
She was rude and told me to wait my colleague will be able to help.
I would never go back to Canterbury Curry?s again.

28th June, My son and I visited the Canterbury store to buy a new computer for myself. We were served by Maisie who was truly excellent. She was able to answer all of our questions, (well my son's questions) which even I (at age 87) was able to understand. She also suggested alternatives for 1 or 2 items and went to the stockroom to see if they were available. A truly knowledgeable assistant and we can't praise her enough. We will certainly be shopping at the Canterbury store again for anything regarding computers.

Visited Currys in Canterbury to purchase multiple items using my Creation account. Staff repeatedly attempted the payment, which resulted in my account being blocked. I couldn?t complete the purchase, and no real assistance was offered by staff or management. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience overall.

I hadn't been in this shops for years but today I had a look around and asked one of the team for an mirco sd cards for the new Nintendo switch 2 she showed it to me but I asked for a close up so I could see if it had the ex on it I went to touch it to bring it nearer to my eyes as I'm getting old and eyes are not like the early days of life but to my surprise she pulled it away thinking I was going to steal it. So won't be going there
again ?
