I went into Curry's, intending to buy a dvd player and a tablet. I had no budget in mind, I just needed help and advice. The first man I spoke to didn't bother to listen to me, kept telling me what I had to do to my laptop. Excuse me, I didn't mention laptop. He did. Then he said he would get one of their experts to help me. Said expert didn't even speak to me, just spoke to man #1, telling him what I needed. Apparently, I need Netflix.I left, angry and empty handed. Curry's lost more than me. I've learned not to go there. They lost a sale.

After visiting another store, found the staff here friendly and helpful. Got exactly what I was looking for.

I've been to this store many times, and have always found their system confusing and their staff members elusive. But today took the cake for worst retail experience I've had.The system they're using to serve customers is completely inadequate. Whoever is in charge of this system should be fired.I went in to get a new mouse for my PC. I knew exactly what model I wanted, and I knew exactly where it was in store. But, since it's behind a secure cabinet, I had to be added to a waiting list to be served. The store wasn't busy, so I thought: "Fine, it can't be too long".It took me 30 minutes, in and out. Just to open a cabinet. Staff members that pass by couldn't help, even if they wanted to, because they don't carry the keys to open them. I don't even think most of the staff are to blame here, I get the sense that they're probably more frustrated with this atrocious system than I am.I resent the fact that I waited, and even more so resent the fact that I actually gave them money. I feel like I should have been paid for that experience.

Massively understaffed, most of the things I wanted to purchase were on display but out of stock. This is after I waited 45minutes to even speak to a member of staff...

Went to look at Apple watches. Only had two on display, neither of which you can wear/try on. Complete waste of time.

Haven't been into curry's for years after looking about we won't be going again, staff were everywhere but not there to help not a good experience.

Do not trust the order online and collect in store service. I was waiting for 15 minutes at number 5 in the queue, on approaching a staff member they went and found it for us. Wonderful service by the staff in store just concerned someone else may not approach and be left waiting.

POOR - terrible customer service. Waited 10mins to actually buy something. Nobody on the tills. When somebody did arrive I was clearly an inconvenience! No hello, please, thank etc. Horrid experience.

Twice recently we have been to the Canterbury store to purchase ...and twice found customer service very poor.Having chosen the product there was not a member of staff to help .Having asked for assistance to be told they will send someone over .After 10 mins no one came so we walked out buying nothing again .At least 5 members of staff huddled together talking ...but no assistance .We will no longer feel welcome at the store.

I ordered a shark hoover online, receive the confirmation email saying please wait until we contact you before you head to the store for collection.I still hadn't received anything a good few hours later so decided to head there anyway once I had collected my daughter from school.While on route I receive an email to say my order had been cancelled, double checked and it was till saying they had stock of the hoover I wanted so I continued to head to the store.On arrival there isn't a single member of staff manning the customer service desk, I head for the Hoover's to see whats on display.After 10minutes of loitering I wander through the store to find a member of staff and politely ask if the young man was busy (he wasn't young but I figure a little flattery gets you places), he asks what it was he could help with so I replied with a hoover, he comes back at me with hang in just a mo and I will find someone. He then proceeded to wander the shop floor whilst making himself look extremely busy staring at his phone screen.During my wait I was able to check stock and place my order for the same hoover in Argos down the road.I arrived and it was ready for collection via a very helpful young lady who even offered to carry it out to my car.Appalling service from Currys which isn't the first time so from now on I will not waste my time ?

I just make a preorder,a gaming console two weeks ago.So after releasing the console(after 4 days) I go to the store to see what?s happening with my order because I don?t receive any updates from they.Surprise I need to wait another then days to receive my console but it?s possible to wait more then that.I don?t recommend to purchase from Curry?s,it?s my last order from there!
