I am currently in the process of renovating my bathroom and stumbled upon Tile Giant after visiting another tile store close by.After being in the store for a short period of time and feeling a little lost, I was approached by a colleague named Lee that guided me through everything I needed to know to assist me with my project.Amazing service, excellent range and more than fair prices.

Only just started using Tile Giant Canterbury. What a great bunch of guys . Rodney on the phone was very helpful and arranged for me to pick up an item from another store, as they did not have one in stock . Then had to call in to the Canterbury branch on another occasion and the other two guys couldn?t have been more helpful . Thought that customer service had died , but I am now blown away that it does exist in Tile Giant Canterbury . Many thanks

We had a very positive experience at Tile Giant. They have a large selection of tiles to choose from, many of which they carry in stock. They also stock all the ancillary items you need for DIY tiling. We had great difficulty in becoming inspired as to what to choose, but all the lads at Tile Giant were very helpful, but in particular, Lee was very helpful with inspiring us to make the right choices of tile and border. Overall, Tile Giant is a great place to shop for tiles.

Finding the right tiles in lockdown is tricky as the stores are closed for viewing and the samples we had ordered hadn't arrived as we had no post for weeks. However the guys at Tile Giant Canterbury were super helpful, they arranged for us to collect some tiles from store and recommended colour matching grout. After ordering our tiles, we also needed new flooring, we opted for LVT and putting our faith in Rodney he recommended the best colour to compliment our tiles and we were happy to order without seeing them. Thank you so much for all your help Rodney, Dean and Lee, we now have a fabulous new bathroom!We ordered the Phantom Grey 600x300 with Medium Grey grout , Pollino White (these are stunning) with Moon White grout and Quickstep Ambient Black Slate Effect LVT.

Lee & Rodney, lead me through the purchase of tiles for our bathroom fully professional, knowledgeable and a great sense of caring.The tiles look great and have made our bathroom fantastic. Alaska Grey tiles only prob they are extremely hard to drill.

Bathroom looks amazing! So pleased with the tiles and service we recieved. Canterbury Tile Giant has a fantastic team led by Rodney. So much knowledge, information and help. Easy returns for anything overbought. Very covid safe, probably one of the safest shops I've been in with the precautions they take. They wear masks as well and understand those who can't (partner is asthmatic so struggles). When tiles were delivered to our door, 2 were damaged, recieved 4 replacement tiles the following working day. I actually cannot fault them and would highly recommend using them. Thank you so much for lovely tiles and a brilliantly faultless service.
