Had my son with me , sun shining bright but one of the staff members was ready and waiting. Opened the door for me and because of the buggy, it was a lot easier because of his help.
Again, lady taking the orders was more than willing for me to find my seat and sent a young gentleman over to gives the items in the picture. Thanks for the team , being pro active and willing to be helpful. I'm always a Costa man , when other people are helpful then the experience is always better.

I wanted a red berries fruit cooler but I couldn't drink it because the ice in the drink wasn't completely crushed.

Large Costa coffee shop. Very friendly staff who remember regulars orders. I have always found it clean and tidy with good wifi.

We stopped here to buy our usual favourite coffee...biggest disappointment evet...we bought a flat white and a late. The flat white was frothy as a cappuccino tasted horribly milky despite ordering it with an extra shot. Asked for it to be changed...the same taste. We noticed that they only make an effort for sitting in drinks and the take aways they just damp in the cup. The latte was also horrible the only thing you could taste is milk. As a former barista I DO NOT RECCOMMEND you to drink a coffee from here, go and try somewhere else if you don't want to be disappointed.

The staff's friendly demeanor and efficient service, without excessive inter-staff communication, create a positive shopping experience. High customer traffic is observed during peak hours. The coffee and pre-packaged food offerings are of high quality. I frequently utilize the outdoor seating area for people-watching, a personal leisure activity.

Frequently very busy with long waits. Coffee is consistent with a general Costa experience. Upstairs very comfortable but gets closed well before closing-up time. Location in Whitefriars shopping centre very convenient for a mid-shopping break.
