I booked in a contractor for weekend and ordered supplies from these people. They had one job, to keep it ready for collection on Friday. Instead calls me on Friday afternoon to tell me that your package is not ready. Now my weekend is ruined.

Took our Grandson ,for his first school shoes.The staff took great care with measuring his feet,then Ella gave us lots of choices of the shoes and trainers in his size, she was very patient and professional. Excellent experience in all aspects.

Had a lovely time upstairs in the Children's dept. choosing suede Chelsea boots and lovely orange wellingtons with little pull on handles for my 20 month Granddaughter. Very kind, patient, knowledgeable young lady served us .

Couldnt explain cm measure for feet or how how much room they allow on their sizing. Measured my daughter, found us some shoes, they were happy with the fit. One shoe was a different size!! She didn't notice, even though she'd felt my babies feet with them on
