I had a massive mess up with my gp and the man that helped me was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and ended up making sure I got the correct treatment which was incorrectly prescribed to me. Great service and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

The most unprofessional pharmacy in Canterbury!!I had an extremely negative experience at a pharmacy that I consider to be highly unprofessional.Typically, I would pick up my prescription on Tuesdays. However, there was one week when I was delayed and had to collect it on a Thursday. The following week, when I returned on Tuesday, I encountered a pharmacy employee named "Iona" who refused to give me my prescription. She began questioning me in a condescending manner. I calmly explained the situation, emphasizing that if the doctor had prescribed the medication, it must be necessary, as she is neither a doctor nor familiar with my medical history. Unfortunately, my response did not sit well with her. She took it upon herself to contact my doctor, requesting that future prescriptions not be sent to their pharmacy, and she even fabricated a story about me purchasing other medications from their store. Consequently, I was banned from the store. Banned for picking up my prescription on the wrong day!!Furthermore, the pharmacy consistently opens late and fails to answer their phone. I have found myself waiting inside the store, hoping to be served, while the staff members simply chat amongst themselves without attending to customers.

Worse chemist, blames the customer for late orders or accused customer of not handing in prescriptions do not use this chemist if you take medication for serious health issues

It is not 'United' as the photo suggests! 'United' left years ago, along with the excellent service. After a decade with 'United' I was used to being looked after. I gave it's replacement: Cheadle's St Dunstan's a try but I was very disappointed.

Picked up my husbands medication specifically asking for Teva brand. Staff are most polite and professional. Very pleased with the service. Thank you

served by an older woman who asked in front of everyone what i needed antibiotics for, simply dehumanising and humiliating considering there were other customers around. didn?t exactly want a bunch of strangers to know something personal about my health. disgusting and unprofessional to do that.

When they were 'United Chemists' they were great. When 'Cheadle's' took over it went down hill fast! One of thedispensers parades as a fully qualified pharmacist!

I've been to the pharmacy twice. Both times I've experienced really bad customer service. An older lady at the counter is rude and very unfriendly. I asked about Covid test kits but surprisingly the answer had nothing to do with my question and it just said that the line is long outside and maybe I should come back another time.

Wonderful pharmacy. The small team really make the service so personal and friendly. Never once have they let me go without medication, they?ve always looked after me. Theresa & Milly always made sure I got my meds on time. Jane is fantastic too, I love coming here!

I will NOT be using this Chemist again.Terrible customer service from the older woman at the till followed by the girl who gave me my flu jab. When I initially walked in I was wearing a face mask exemption lanyard. The older woman at the till interrupted me to tell me to put a mask on, so I held the lanyard up and said I was exempt. She walked to the back of the pharmacy to collect my lateral flow tests that I was also picking up, she shouted back at me again that I needed to wear a mask for my flu jab. I said AGAIN that I?m exempt, I cannot wear a mask but if she had a viser/faceshield I was happy to wear one. She didn't respond to me and just looked at her colleague who muttered something under her breath. The girl then came to the till and spoke to me like I was a child. Telling me I was 20 minutes early for my flu jab and that she cannot give it to me earlier as she had another customer due in 10minutes. It wasn't clear to me why she couldn't administer the jab earlier as they are 10minute appointments and there was nobody else in the chemist, but at this point my partner and I felt angered by their rude attitudes towards me so we left. When I returned I was handed a face shield, jabbed and went on my way within 5minutes despite the shop being busy at this time.In a pharmacy setting it's important to feel comfortable but I didn't feel at ease at all.Considering this is a medical environment I would expect them to be more considerate of customers with hidden disabilities. It's clear from all the bad reviews that the staff have absolutely no customer service skills. I?m sure there are plenty of helpful, friendly, professional people who could do their jobs better. They are utterly appalling.

Appalling experience on my recent visit to this pharmacist, having just moved to Canterbury it didn?t leave a good impression on myself or my partner. I would go as far to say that it left a particularly bad taste. A reviewer below states that the pharmacist (on that day) put them at ease during a routine flu jab, this couldn?t of been further from the truth for an experience I was subjected too only last week. While we?re here let?s throw in some plain rudeness, condescension and high handedness for good measure.Entered the pharmacy and met by a lovely member of staff, as indicated my partner and I had a flu jab booked, with a toddler in tow whom has a cold, so not on best form. My partner entered the consultation room and shock horror, sat on the wrong chair! Cue a severe dressing down by the pharmacist, for the wrong chair choice (different chairs depending on what arm you choose) which was to be one of many. She was also outraged that a toddler was in the room, again as mentioned my childhood had a cold, has been mother clingy & we didn?t want her to scream the house down. But ho hum, if you?ve been this obnoxious by this point, why not go the whole hog. I?ll also mention that my partner has a phobia of needles, so Miss Pharmacist had really done a good job of putting her at ease. When my partners ordeal was complete, it was my turn to be treated like an utter imbecile. Picked the right chair, thank god, but while assessing my arm for the injection pharmacist decided to berate me quite severely for tensing it. Great. Thanks. The icing on the cake was upon completion shouting out to her colleague if we had indeed paid. We had. Prior to entering the consultation room. What an absolute catastrophe. I?ll maybe wrongly assume that this complete joke of a pharmacist whom should not be working with the general public is a locum? Who on earth would employ her. Never. Again.

It?s useful to have a local pharmacy on this side of Canterbury but I really struggle to support this Cheadles. It was too complex for them to organise a flu jab for me, they don?t do e-prescriptions or seem to care about helping me, their staff are not helpful.

Warm and friendly service. Dont like needles but was comforted during my flu jab.
