I've had a terrible experience with the Canterbury store. Their customer service is non-existent and the store manager ignores you. Reading all the other one star reviews it sounds like this is a common occurrence.We had several carpets fitted throughout the house. Most of them are ok but there are a couple of areas where the fit is poor and the carpet lifts and then sags when you walk on it.It became apparent very quickly that one of the carpets in a bedroom was interfering with a fitted wardrobe door. I raised it with the store manager and they said they would send the fitter back but after months of back and forth they never did.I then got in touch with the head office and they didn't want to know. They just forwarded my complaint to the Canterbury store manager... The person I was complaining about!I would avoid this company and find a local supplier who will value your business and not just fob you off.Before someone replies asking me to email customer services... I already did and I received absolutely no help.
