I booked my service 6 weeks ago to fit in with my busy work schedule. Had a phone call the day before to confirm my booking. Arrived at 8am handed in my keys and waited and waited I was told at the time of booking it could take until 1pm. No one updated me on my cars progress. I asked at 12.25 how long it would be .
