The staff are super friendly, chatty and polite. Always greeted with a smile and the coffee and food selection is great.

It's one of the nicer Cafe Nero's around and Lauren in particular is always so professional and friendly and goes out of her way to help customers.. she's an asset to the company! ?

Though this is a small Nero, the staff are wonderful and friendly, the drinks are well made, and the coffee is always fresh.
As it is on the Uni Kent campus, it also has a lovely coffee shop/ bookstore vibe and is in the same building as Blackwell's Books.
I highly recommend you grab your next cuppa here if you visit the University of Kent campus.

Unfortunately the iced chai tea lattes we ordered tasted of nothing, there was no flavour to it so definitely not worth ordering. The drinks were also warm at the bottom and iced at the top. The pistachio iced latte, again, you couldn't really taste the pistachio flavour. The pastries and cakes were however nice. Lastly, the café being located right next to the bookstore is a plus.

Coming here in the morning to get my iced flat white was the highlight of my day because of Brouk. Not only did he make the best coffees anywhere in Canterbury, he was also friendly, funny, and able to wait on 10 people at a time efficiently. Thank you, Brouk!

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Never coming here again. The bald guy that was serving me was so rude and his behaviour was disgusting. I had offers on my cafe Nero app, he would not allow me to use!!! Where is his common sense!!! The university has to do better!!

Although it is small, the staff make up for it with their fast and friendly service. As it is on campus it is more expensive than campus coffee but cheaper than competitors like starbucks and costa. I highly recommend getting the app if your are a student to make use of their discount.The food and drinks are really tasty. Overall a nice place to grab breakfast and coffee before class in the morning.
