There is one manager flat floats around the Neros. Bald guy, really really annoying. Brings down the mood, bad service. Always trying to upsell, but in a horrible pressuring way.
Nero is my favourite coffee shop, but they ruin the experience in Canterbury. I hate when I see them there.

Amazing staff, extremely kind and considerate left my bag there and they kept it safe until I came back which was lucky for me as it had my passport and driving license inside it will be forever grateful

This is a nice cafe. Typical prices on the expensive side as is usual for these places. I cannot fault the quality of the drinks and food though. Helpful, friendly, patient staff.

This Nero went downhill for a while under the last manager who seemed to be determined to run it into the ground, but the new manager and staff that have come in are brilliant - back to super-short queues even at peak times, proper food stocking, clean bathrooms and the place generally being welcoming and friendly rather than a disorganised mess. Nice to have one of my favourite spots for a cuppa back, the new team are an absolutely lovely bunch, and kudos to whoever higher up spotted the issue and engineered the staffing change!

Walking through Canterbury I stopped off at Caffe Nero at Longport, The Staff were Friendly and helpful, I ordered a Latte and a Bacon and brie Pannini which was very nice, the Cafe was quite busy with customers coming in and out with drinks . The Cafe is very Spacious.
