Food was mostly good. The cheese was disappointing. The service was dismissive and rude by one member of staff who spoilt it for the rest of the team.

Restaurant with a French touch. Everything was fine. Mind you: the menu hanging outside is much shorter than the one you get inside! Good selection off food.

Went for the fixed price lunch. The chicken was dry and the whole meal poor value. The toilets are on the 2nd floor, the disabled one on the ground floor not very fragrant.

We went to the Cantebrury restaurant for a date night. The restaurant was beautiful, clean and the tables were well presented.
Staff were helpful and friendly and gave good recommendations.
No complaints or criticisms at all, was a great experience! Thank you!

The service was slow and the food ok, but not worth the money we spent. They were unaware of vouchers and felt like it was the first time they ever saw their own offers!
Very noisy as this is a city site and they have parties there.
Beware, they put a 10% service charge on the bill. This is not mentioned by the staff, and I wonder if the staff get this or if it is just the company scraping.
Tipping is not a UK custom, and service charges are not very moral considering the cost of the standard food the churn out.
I would not go again and will make sure my custom stays with independent outlets. The only reason we went was to use £50 voucher and the free drinks voucher.
This was a pre booked table.

I was recently here with a friend, I said I?d leave you a good review but when she said she?d been again, I realised I hadn?t done that.
I think what stood out above all was the service. Very attentive and dedicated. The food is good ( necessarily cheap but it never has been) and I love your steak frites.

Super ave never had a bad meal here and I am Deaf the staff know me and treat me so much better than some restaurants in Canterbury. It takes kindness to deal with some people and the staff are always kind. The Scallops super ,the Bacon sauce with the chicken marvelous I think it would work well with the Scallops . Thank you to all the staff . Roger the deaf bloke .

Went here for breakfast as the other place we tried was full up , there was plenty of tables free here and had a very nice late with scrambled egg and smoked salmon. The food was very good quality and our server was very nice

After being shown to our table we were given menus then waiter came back and said we had been given wrong table! Despite us reserving the day before. We agreed to move but the alternative offered was very noisy as there was hen party etc so we then had to move inside to a cramped table. Food was good but didn't like the way we were treated
