If it was possible to leave 0 star ,I would have done so.I used this pharmacy in 2023, and found it was impossible to collect my prescription for Arnica Gel. The woman serving me said the pharmacist had to be there to show me how to use it.I explained Arnica was a herb and this was an over the counter herbal gel that could be purchased anywhere for joint pain ( but surprisingly for the NHS , it was actually possible to have it prescribed , and it was far more efficient than the Iboprofen pharmacy rubbish)However, the jobsworth shop assistant couldn?t cope with this information and insisted the pharmacist had to be present and to come back tomorrow.Fast forward to February 2024, and yet another attempt to use Bridge Pharmacy., and collect my prescription.I phoned them first to check my prescription was actually with them, also to ask opening hours and if I should bring ID. I said the reason I am asking all these questions is that you have a reputation for being a rather unhelpful and uneducated pharmacy staff. ( quoting the online reviews) so then I was told that they would send my prescription back to my doctor?s surgery as they did not want to deal with me as I was ?rude?I now have a note on my files at my doctor?s surgery never to send prescriptions to this vile Paydens Surgery in Bridge Kent.

As Carers working in the Community we are our clients link with the the outside world - visiting Bridge chemist several times a week. However, this week comments were heard by my colleague re. her presence / collection. Thankfully the carer challenged their words. Result was silence. Clearly NO respect from some or maybe they shouldn't be serving.E Kinge.

Terrible customer service, the staff is exceptionally rude! I asked for meds and the lady behind the counter just pulled a face at me rather than asking me for my name. Then she went away and kept me waiting and chatted to her colleagues. I asked her whether she couldn't find the meds and she said with a temper: If you give me a minute, I am trying to look for it! I asked her if I could speak to the manager because she had a very bad attitude. She said: I don't know what your problem is! I said: It is good customer service to tell me that you are looking for my medication rather than to keep me waiting and ignoring me. Someone else behind me said: I know this is not my problem, but this customer is right! Then her colleague answered to the other customer behind me: You are right, this is not your problem! I was shocked at this terrible behaviour from both colleagues. I have never experienced this bad customer service, and I had to leave without the meds.

Extremely rude. Not at all helpful. Customer service does not appear to be part of the training. I will not be using them again.

Absolutely appalling customer service . Rude , unapologetic and surly.... cannot believe people treat customers in such an unprofessional manner. Not a good example for Paydens !!
