These toilets were disgusting- just through cleanliness. Didn?t look to be that old but not been kept well at all. The smell was very strong!

The best thing about a petrol station is having a toilet. Unfortunately, at this place we were not allowed to go to the toilet because we were there past a certain time. The shop which was supposed to be open 24/7 was only available through a window through which the shop assistant would pass the required items. This means we had no possibility to take a look at the items. Overal a very subpar experience.

I popped into the station simply to purchase a couple of items from the shop (no fuel). I was ignored by the employee replenishing the store, not great - does not take much to morning?.Then at the cashier desk I was treated by a lady who was having a personal conversation on their mobile, she the Scanned items and screeched out the cost whilst still rudely having her private conversation. Totally and utterly rude behaviour, on a scale of 1-10 for customer service, I would have to say negative 10.In the past, most Thursday mornings I pop in and grab something and am greeted by a friendly, jolly member of staff, sadly I do not know her name, but she is a real asset.

Filthy, dirty BP petrol station,but fuel overpriced by 20p!!! Please avoid if you can, terribly filthy, expensive and only one employee to manage it!!!

Wont take cash, charge ridiculous amounts for fuel compared to other service stations in the area, open 24 hours but good luck if you need the toilet. Still got the dumped car here.

Refused/unable to scan my BP rewards card. Terrible customer service. They are unable to or refuse to scan my digital rewards card. They also said they do not allow redeeming of rewards points to pay for fuel if you use the in-app digital rewards card. Outrageous.Convenient access, but one of the priciest locations in the area.

Will not be using this BP station as they don't accept cash....I should be the one who chooses how I pay fo my fuel...update 23/09/2020. Thank you to the owner for replying .and I appreciate his concerns ....I still feel however that this is discriminatory against those motorists who may not have access to a credit/debit card and might only have cash to pay for fuel.. with today's polymer notes they are very easy to sanitize with spray and a wipe ..and I doubt very much that once covid 19 is finally beaten they will revert to accepting cash

I wanted to refuel the car a friend smiled because I told him that they have a problem with the fuel pump. Then I turned off the pump. I do not recommend this place
