Their delivery lorries never turn off their engines when delivering. It means a 20-30minute invasive loud engine running and emissions for the neighbouring residential houses.
Why?
If they are diesel, then just stop and restart when they're about to leave.

I went there last week and couldn't go in as their card was being moved to a different company ( karma) when I tried to register for the new company it was asking me for a north American phone number! I showed the receptionist and her answer was I have no clue mine works fine! Customer service was o! I tried to get her or the manager to help but had 0 help!
To be honest I still cannot believe it!

The system becomes more and more slow, been coming here for 4 years and every time they have to do full shopping check then to say I don?t have to be rude it?s part of the job. Sorry Sheena if you just started working there don?t express your skills on old business owners who have been coming often to this place.I spent thousands of pounds here, so please if the staff came from backgrounds that doesn?t see people buy big purchasers, then please don?t make us feel thefts by checking the shopping trolley twice
