Very rude unhelpful & flippant Manager Gary I bought a toothbrush that didn?t vibrate & just wanted to change like for like admittedly I never had the receipt as bought lots of items about 3/4 weeks ago I never even thought about keeping a receipt for a toothbrush but when I went to use it, it never worked, you could easily see the B&M logo on it, the cashier wanted me to wait while she went all through the transactions until she found mine I could have been there ages waiting,,, what a disgraceful store & I shall never ever shop there again DON?T THROW AWAY RECEIPTS PEOPLE OR THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TERRIBLE TERRIBLE STORE, I left the store bought nothing & left faulty sonic toothbrush on counter

It's got plenty of deals there but forget it if you need a wheelchair or scooter because it's really cramped isles,far too much goods stacked on floor at the end of isles.

Will never shop here again. Had the rudest most incompetent cashier going by the name of Sarah with ginger hair on the checkout. What is wrong with companies that they employ people that are clearly not able to do the job to a high standard and treat people with respect. Canterbury B&M you need to give your cashiers some training. Appalling treatment for all she knew I could of been a secret shopper. But I doubt she had the intelligence to know what that is ?

Huge store some staff very un friendly and not helpful at all but you can buy everything in this placeI went for toys for Christmas and got what I wanted

Big store with lots of choice covering everything you might need (or not even realise you need until you see it!). Plenty of parking outside the store and behind it. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and the store is all on the ground floor.
