How do this company get such high ratingsI have had many issues with them at both Ashford and Canterbury.The last one started she in early January the went in for a service which was a basic oil filter change and was informed a update which I questioned to what effect this would have on my car I was informed it would only effect the sound of the car on start I but it didn?t it as total altered the sound across the range . The car was brought because of its looks and sound. This is the main problem when driving the car home the heating system was totally locked out and satellite navigation stopped working not knowing where I was . Then that night the car alarm kept going off . They asked for the car to be returned to check these problems and came up with a part on the alarm system needed replacement and to check sat nav to reset I took my wife with me on this visit as I the past have been told one thing only to be told that wasn?t what was said. We was told that because the faults had happened so soon after the service and update that the dealership would sort this out there was no talk of us making payment. At this point they didn?t know that I had a extended warranty.Waiting for contact from them 4 weeks past so I ended up making contact. Then they forgot that I needed a courtesy car. Eventually this was sorted at short notice. I arrived to met by service advisor and he?s manager to be told this would all be sorted and to wipe clean all of the past problems as they wanted to help resolve all of the problems. I stated that I would rather they keep my car longer and give it back like it was before the service with no faults. They promised they would. After 4 days I get a call saying the car is ready to be picked up so I asked if all was completed answered the alarm is working but they hadn?t repaid sat nav saying this wasn?t nothing to do with them and it was a coincidence it went wrong when the car was with them. They then said they would take it in to fix it as I refused to pick up the car not completed. They then said they would repair it and put it but put it trough my exstened warranty I questioned this as they was meant to be doing the repair on their end I then asked if they had done the alarm repair like this to which they replied yes I then informed them this was wrong as they was meant to be furnishing the cost and that they should have asked me before doing this to which they replied they didn?t need to ask. I straight away phoned jaguar extended warranty to ask and was informed they should have asked me for this to happen. The dealer eventually phoned me back saying they would only mend the sat nav if I allowed them to put it through the warranty I refused as this was not the original agreement I was told someone would phone regarding this and there client experience manager contacted me 5 o?clock Friday so I went over everything again. She agreed I was not treated properly and said she would discuss this first thing Monday with the two members of staff to here there side and then get back to me with a response. Monday 5 o?clock no one phoned so I phoned them only to be told the lady had already gone they then put me on to someone else that wanted me to explain it all again I did ask to speak to a director or a owner as this dealer seem to try and fool people in there advertising that they are a 100 year old family run business that has so much care for there customers I can tell you that this is definitely not what I have experienced. I was told the owner as a team of people to answer any questions well I can say this they need a new team.I gave up and he said he would notify the client experience manager in the morning.I will write another review when or if this ever gets resolved.Unhappy customer

Will always have our car serviced here. Exceptional service and everything always finished when they say. Always go above and beyond to help, wouldn?t go anywhere else now!

Absolutely shocking experience. Took the car in for a recall. They forgot to book a courtesy car but I was offered a shuttle into town to get a cab instead which left promptly and without me. When I collected the car I was informed all the additional works I had approved though the online form had not been carried out as apparently they didn?t get the confirmation even after I showed them the confirmation and approval email. Do not go near them !!!

Having bought and X5 from this Company they are the best dealer I have come across in the BMW dealership network and they are situated 70 miles from home. Very helpful and they help you to buy the right car not just any....
