Very bad service!We asked to help to find the handle we needed with baby and toddler but it looks like assistance is hiding smw from clients. We asked about return policy in case if it doesn't fit. Interestingly, the package should be unopened hah. NEVER doing shopping there anymore

Unfortunately very rude older man working self service. We needed an item checked and didn't realise he was just standing silently in the background, I turned to ask for help and he said very rudely 'I'm waiting for you to move out the way so I can get to the screen'. Brilliant mate.

Create your own Kitchen, Bathroom and so on within the website but no....the website is trash....the "design on your own" feature does not even work, utter rubbish, cant even get a website working im not gunna spend money on buying a kitchen from you.

Went to buy cement and wood , couldn?t find a trolley . The elderly man sitting on customer service said we don?t have many . Wouldn?t help so left store . So unhelpful
